Take Care of Yourself

Here’s a little reminder to:
Make sure you’re drinking enough water.
Make sure you’re eating enough.
Have you had fruits and vegetables today?
Make sure you’ll get enough sleep tonight.
When’s the last time you talked to your mom?
When’s the last time you did something for you?
Don’t be afraid to tell someone when they’re bothering you.
And if you are afraid, tell them anyway.
Tell yourself you look nice, someday you’ll believe it.
When’s the last time you went for a walk?
How’s your best friend doing?
Tell them how you’re doing.
Wear the outfit, no one’s judging.
And if they are judging, they aren’t worth your time anyway.
Read something for fun.
Do that thing that’s tugging at the back of your mind, you’ll feel better after.
Let everything go for an hour…and don’t beat yourself up about it.
Take your own advice (instead of projecting through blog posts).
